Still being overcharged with no help from Cell C

After a week of waiting I finally got a call to respond to my query of being over billed (case number 4012001917). A very arrogant Mr Nslongo from Cell C confirmed that I was not charged at the 15c a MB rate. He said I had to register for this service by having a bundle on the phone. After explaining to him that I had a bundle on my phone and that I requested activation of this when I opened my contract in Dec 2012.

He's only response was that I have to register now. I then said I want to speak to a senior or manager that can rectify my account as I have been overcharged by R4000 over the past year. He simply refused and began to be very disrespectful towards me.

I need my account rectified and reimbursed. This is not acceptable.
