Incorrect Activation and Out-of-Bundle Data Charge

On the 19th of September 2012 I ported my number to Cell C at their Bayside branch in Centurion Mall. The contract I requested was a 12 month-long, R1099 a month option which included 400 anytime minutes and 400MB of data. The sales assistant assured me that the out of bundle rate was 15c/MB, a fact that was reiterated to me by call centre agents later on and by the massive Cell C billboards stating, "If it costs more than 15c/MB, you're paying too much." Since then I have had the following issues:

1. I only received my first bill in January 2013.
2. I was charged 83c/MB out of bundle- incurring an additional charge of R4, 171.51 for data charges than at the agreed rate. The sales agent misinformed me that actually I needed an ADDITIONAL bundle to get that out-of-bundle rate.
3. A 24 month-long, R700 contract was activated instead,
3. The call centre has not taking ownership, has not contacting me back, timeously, passed the buck and eventually told me i needed to take this up with the branch, who have not contacted me back.

I would like my contract changed to a 12 month contract as agreed and to reimbursed for the amount I was overcharged for data.
