No credit as promised and incorrect billing

Last month the SMS bundle was removed from the contract after 3 weeks of fighting, having requested it to be cancelled in December. I was told the account had already been set for January but a refund would be added to my February account. This did not happen. My contract also expired and was to be cancelled on the 14th February. It was only deactivated on the 15th and then I was billed for the whole of February when I should only be billed a pro rata amount. I emailed a query on the 14th February, received an automated response the same day to say that my query would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours... I am still waiting. The service at cell c is shocking. The only way I got the SMS bundle removed was to speak to a manager. I am tired of having to phone more than a dozen times to be told each time to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response and never have my query resolved! This is why I cancelled my contracts with cell c. I will not pay the final invoice until this query is resolved. It seems cell c is quick to take money but not so quick to give back what is due to a client!
