Overcharged, Ripped off, and then Ignored

I have opened a case, case nr 302######, regarding me being charged R2 per MB on my data contract in January, despite Cell-C sending me SMS`s that I will be charged 15c out of bundle. I still have both SMS`s as proof.
In February I have been charged out of bundle, despite having a 2GB bundle.

Yesterday R1000 was debited from my account by Cell-C.
I have asked for a detailed bill with the amount of MB used shown, and the rates charged, but I have not received anything.

I have contacted your their Centre on numerous occasions without getting any answers, I have also gone to a branch where they couldn't really help me. This morning I phoned again and asked for the case to be escalated or me to talk to a senior person, but my call was dropped shortly after.

I view what has happened as, and will not hesitate to take legal action in accordance to the Customer Protection Act if the situation is not remedied quickly, and my funds repaid.

I have been a loyal customer that always pays on time, If this is how cell-c treats their customers, I will strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them.
