I cancelled my Blackberry service with Vodacom as i moved to a Samsung phone in June, I asked for a ONCE OFF DATE bundle and paid cash for the data in store. I notices that Vodacom overcharged my account on my D/O in July '13 with R150 more (Top Up 135).
I phoned the Kolonade Branch to sort this matter out with Megan who helped me & my husband cancel the BB service. She said that i told her to add the data bundle on my account, which was not the case, she wasn't listening and charged my account without my consent. Thandi from H/O phoned me to help sort out the matter.
Thandi & Megan confirmed that the Data bundle has been cancelled from my account and I will not be charged again and agreed to refund the overcharged amount back to my account on 25/07/2013. Thandi also confirmed that she will personally phoned me back to make sure I received my refund and that I would give Vodacom a good rating again.
Vodacom has AGAIN charges my account in Aug '13 with the Data Bundle...
It is now 02/08/2013 and there hasn't been any refund or contact from Vodacom to rectify this matter!
I rate Vodacom a 0 due to poor service and overcharging my account and after-issue service.
