Excessive Dropped Calls

I am a business owner and have multiple contract phones all subscribed to Vodacom.. We have been plagued with excessive dropped calls to the point where almost every call made is dropped after 10 or 15 seconds. This is disruptive to my business as we are dependant on communications for the managing of our service engineers, technical assistance and customer feedback.
I read in the papers that Vodacom does not take responsibility for dropped calls and that even Cell C has been affected through the poor network and service as they pay Vodacom for broadband space to support the Cell C mobile network. So do I waste my time to call Vodacom to complain only to have my call dropped in the middle of explaining the problem or must I consider migrating all our contracts to a more reliable mobile network services provider like MTN.
