Overcharged again, seriously

Seriously, who has the time to deal with this every month? I have been overcharged again. While I appreciated the response form cell c last month regarding the resolution of my query, it has occurred yet again.
I was overcharged last month and duly reported this via this website, the response from cell c was both professional and courteous and I actually praised the escalations department for this.
However, I have been overcharged again. On 30.04.2013 at 09:23 my cell phone balance was R 221.73. Statement balance reflects R 429.59 due.
I have changed the settings as per my previous complaint and confirmed now that this remains as per the setting advised.
Please investigate and resolve as I firmly believe this continued inconvenience is evidence of Cell C's desire to no longer retain me as a client.
