I am sick and tired of the putrid service I keep receiving from Vodacom.
I took a BlackBerry 9360 on Contract almost 2 years ago from the company on contract. Of those 2 years I have received 5 different BlackBerrys. Whilst the phones were in repairs, I have spent hundreds of Rands driving back and forth to Eastgate to give the phones in for repairs, not to mention the countless number of calls and emails sent. I have literally been without a phone for almost a year if you add up all the time the phone has been in repairs.
So Vodacom gives me a "Refurbished Phone" in December after the CrapBerry I had did not want to charge, guess what? This refurbished phone also turned out to be a CrapBerry!! I have never once defaulted on any of my payments and have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for the last 12/13 years both prepaid and contract.
I have a good mind to cancel this contract and not renew.
All I want is a phone that works, its what I am paying for right?
