Cell C 15c Data Rate - Deceptive Marketing

On 01 August 2012 Cell C launched a pricing model which included a 15c per MB data rate. At the time of the launch the CEO Allan Knott-Craig said the following "We are committed to offering customers deals that are affordable, transparent and simple. What you see is what you get. No more nasty surprises when you go out of bundle. You will pay one low rate for in-bundle and out-of-bundle usage, " (it's still on [URL Removed] under the header CELL C DROPS STANDARD DATA TARIFF TO R0.15 PER MB FOR IN AND OUT-OF-BUNDLE USAGE ACROSS ITS DATA PORTFOLIO)
Because of this offer I switched my primary number to a Cell C SIM (prepaid). At the time of the launch I was warned by users online (not by Cell C) that in order to qualify for the 15c rate you have to buy a data bundle every 30 days or you will be charged 99c per MB out-of-bundle. So since September 2012 to date I have not allowed my account to be out of the 30 day window by regularly purchasing Cell C data bundles. Since these were purchased through FNB I have a record of all of them. Cell C however claim I didn't purchase them and since January 2013 have been charging me 99c per MB instead of 15c per MB. This is a blatant.
