Paying R899 to sit without internet

I changed to telkom after being assured with good service and fast repairs. My internet and phone line has been down since last night. I reported a fault at 8am. Nothing has been done and it's now 5pm. I need this line to work. I have just spent 45 min trying to call the call centre, all I get is "we are aware of your call, all our lines are currently busy"!!! I do not pay close to R1000 per month to sit without Internet. I've had this line for two weeks only and am already having such problems. If it is not fixed this evening I am canceling the line. I do not have time for this, I cannot do my work
