Telkom STILL haven't fixed line

I had a problem with my Telkom line about a two months ago. I don't use it much for the voice capabilities, I rely more on the ADSL connectivity for doing work. I called Telkom to report the fault and went through the relevant channels to log my fault. I was given a fault number and even a week later after repeated calls to the call centre still no technician was sent. Eventually I inspected the line myself and found that there was a break in the cable outside, I patched it as best as I could and had a very flimsy internet connection. I logged another fault after that and still nothing. Right now the line is as good as a dial connection, when you pick up the telephone receiver it kills the internet connection and you can't have both running at the same time. I sick of calling the useless call centre now
