No Internet as from 10 September (16 days now)

I don't like complaining, but I am so frustrated with the response time to fix our problem. We have reported this line with our internet host AFRIHOSTt (who manages our line for us) and they reported this fault to Telkom on 10 September. Afterwards (13 Sept) I personally phoned Telkom as well reporting our ADSL line is OFF - not working at all. They told me it is a General Error and this means the technicians are attending to it, cause it is not only our business, but others as well who experience this problem. I have checked all the businesses in my complex do have internet, except for us. Every day I phone Telkom to ask on progress, they tell me they are busy with it and I must phone the following day. The problem is we, as a business really struggle to do any business, cause our emails are not working, we cant do payments at work. It is really frustrating. It feels like nothing is happening with the repair to our line. Our new reference nr 69ARK200913 (older 539CRK160913). We are prepared to pay a technician to check our phone lines at the business as well. We now paying a full month's internet usuage but we couldnt use the internet as from 10 Sept 2013
