Vodacom
How can this be!

I gave my phone in for repairs 3 days ago. Someone phoned me to tell me I can pick up my phone. I asked her if everything was fixed and if my insurance (that is with vodacom) covered all. She said that the phone was not fixed and my insurance will not cover it as I put my SIM card in another phone afterwards. I am a rep. I need a phone. The phone I put my sim in was my old vodacom phone. I am very disappointed in the "BEST" network in South Africa. I just want a phone that works!!
