At the beginning of the month January 2013 I reported a fault on my ADSL line. After a week I called them to ask about the progress of repairing the line. They told me the line has been reported by the technician as fixed. But the line wasn't working at all. So I reported the fault again. From that time nothing has happened and my line is still not working. Every time they promise me that someone will call me back, but that is just plain promises. Nobody has ever contacted me. That line is in the name of the business and our business is internet based. They still charge me all monthly fees even the line doesn't work. Terrible service, terrible attitude. Telkom is a company, which you don't want to deal with, but unfortunately you have to if your in an area where you don't have opportunity to take other service provider as much as you want. So now we waiting for Telkom to fix our line so we can do our business again. Nobody is able to tell me when the line can be fix.
