Internet off for 2 weeks and no feed back!

My internet has been off since 22 Jan, and as of this morning it still not on, and no feed back what so ever from either telkom or Axxess!! i have to call them to find out whats wrong with my line, after a few calls and tickets they send a the report which telkom send them. I fully understand there can be problem with the line, but man if you log a call you expect a response from the people you pay for the service and you don't need to spend anymore of your money to get some feedback. I am extremely mad because of this issue, i work from home at night, so i have to pay my internet which is off i need to go sit in a internet cafe, which costs me even more to get my work done, i am really considering canceling my dsl line with axxess and deal with a different ISP.
