I have never had my Telkom line work for one month without having to report a fault. And the wort thing is: Last week some people from Telkom head office came and had a look and now it is worse than it was. I work from home over the internet so this costs me money. I wish that there was another option for fast internet!!! I can't wait for my contract to expire so that I can go to a lower speed but more reliable service.
How hard is it to just fix a internet line!!! it is what you do for business. How can this be? I would really like to know why my line has never been great for longer than a month. And each time the fault is on Telkoms side. I have logged about 50 complaints in total and I am not lying.
The only reason I keep on complaining is because when I do, after some time my line gets fixed for about a week.
