3 Weeks without internet and still going

Once again I'm without internet, 3 weeks and counting. After repeated calls, and then getting a message from Telkom saying my line is working, only to get home and be disappointed that I still can't connect to the internet.
I'm done with phoning Telkom now, and I'm done paying. Why should I pay for a service that doesn't exists. And if Telkom then cuts my line, so what, I'll be getting exactly the same service for free, that I'm paying for at the moment. In fact, Telkom should be crediting me for all the months I've paid that I was only able to go on the internet for a week or two. So someone in Telkom, please phone me and tell me why I should pay for this month, explain to me why I should spent my hard earned cash on a service that does not work!
