Bad Service!!!

We wanted to upgrade at Vodaworld on 11Oct2013 and took us 3 hours after the 3 hours nothing was done. We then went to the head office and got our cellphone deal, the deal included 2 free pouches but they had no stock. I also took a new contract with a tablet. The lady told us it will be delivered on Tuesday 15Oct2013 together with the tablet the pouches the keyboard and usb dongle. Nothing was delivered. Only half the stuff was delivered on Wednesday 15Oct2013. Only the tablet, NO pouches, keyboard or usb dongle. When we phoned she told us they will see what happend with it. Its a total of 4 hours of upgrade, and a total of 5 days of waiting for half of the stuff. People I dealt with, Constance Silinda at vodaworld, Emelia Aphane at Headoffice. All this because my wife wanted to buy me a tablet for our anniversary. They have our anniversary. I also asked since Friday 11Oct2013 to speak to a manager or something to report this, no one has phoned me yet.. If this is how you start a new 2 year relationship with a client, how is your after service going to be like???
