I PHONED VODACOM NUMBER OF TIMES WITHOUT RESPONSE TO MY PROBLEM. YESTERDAY I GOT A MESSAGE FROM CASSANDRA SAYING THAT THEY DISCOUNTED ME WITH R982.75. MY TOTAL BILL FOR THIS MONTH IS ALMOST R3000 DUE TO VODACOM'S INCOMPETENCE TO FIX THEIR BILLING PROBLEM. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX MY 0826754013 INTEMISED BILLING ON THE WEBSITE. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A MULTI-MILLION RAND COMPANY.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING BUT FULL COMPENSATION
