40014 SMS's - cost of R17.54 (R736.36pm)

I got an itemised billing at the end of Jan with premium rated sms's that cost R17.54 per sms, these sms's were sent within a period of 4 days and the total cost is R736.68. I have never sent a single sms to this number. In one day on the 28/01/2013 23 sms's were sent from 16h21 to21h32. Even if I am a lunatic why would I send the sms to the same number 23 times and worse of all at this time I was still at work.
On my February billing I got billed exactly the same amount (R736.36). When I phoned Vodacom they could not help me and could not even identify whose number is linked to this 40014. There is even a cellphone number 27820040391, that just keeps ringing if phoned. I cannot accept vodacom's lame excuse that this is a 3rd party bill and they cannot pick up who is billing me, surely vodacom is paying this money over to this 3rd party.
