Good day pieter

Its been 2 weeks, iam struggle with the following ref. S3-TYQ3O-OEIQB and no feedback is given. Iam paying for itemised billing so that I can download my billing from the internet every month so I can billed my cutormers. Lastmonth I cant bill my custormers becasue Iits not working the website. I lost 1000 rand because my bills where late becasue iam still waiting for vodacom to fix the website. Do you think its fare to pay for a service if you dont get it??? And when I did ask then to sent it to me they sent it but chare me dubbble for the itemised billling.
