Doubled billed every month since upgrade in Octobe

October, November and December there has been an issue in my billing. I have a topup contract for R329 per month, last month I again had to complain as I was sent an account for R650. Eventually Tshireletso replied and advised and i quote "You were charged your monthly commitment of R329.00 in October 2013 and R329.00 monthly commitment in November 2013.The high amount occurs as a once off due to a change in your billing cycle, this means that you will now be billed in advanced." So I went ahead and paid, thinking this now puts my account in advance. Januarys bill arrives today, its again R658. (Double my contractual amount) Trying to get hold of the billing department is impossible. I dont want a phone call, I would like the reply sent in writing to my email address, with again an explanation and this to be updated.
