Vodacom
Not acceptable QOS

I live in Lonehill, Sandton and am appalled by the network service given in the area! I spend a large amount of money with Vodacom (R3000) a month and cannot believe that your network in this area specifically is horrendous! I frequently receive edge connectivity but when I connect with my MTN data card I receive WCDMA and download speeds of 2.5Mb. And whilst we are on network problems, you are ripping consumers off with your out of bundle data charges! You are a multi million rand company and cannot produce a stable network? Please explain when in 2012 Vodacom's net profit was R10 203 Million rand and your data revenue was 8 179 Million rand! So the bank balance of Vodacom is more important than providing an acceptable service to its clients? I think not!
