For some reason I received a outstanding account from Vodacom for the current month at two and a half times my normal total.

My only remedy is to phone the call centre and hold on for painstaking minutes to be referred to some one who can only suggest that I investigate my itemised billing report.
I requested the itemised billing report to be activated on the number in question on Saturday 30 November 2013, and still none such report is available on my vodacom4me account on the website. I was promised that this activation takes between 24 and 48 hours. More than 4 DAYS has passed since my request, and still itemised billing is not available.

This issue was followed up several times but the excuses and solutions change from 'sorry, our system is down' to 'I am sorry sir, please go to your nearest Vodacom shop'. THIS IS AFTER I HAVE PAID THE ACCOUNT IN FULL!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years now, but their 'pay-now-argue-later' attitude has cost them my loyalty.
