Itemised Billing taking forever

Right so I have logged an incident to give me 2 x Itemized Billing for two separate cellphone numbers I have with Vodacom. This was on the 9th of January 2013. No word since...

Have called 111, been told to call accounts dept, which i was told is FREE from a vodacom cellphone, which it is NOT. Got through to accounts, was told someone will get back to me and I must fax my life story to some number. did that on the same day. No word since... Called accounts again, was pushed from pillar to pole and eventually spoke to a Team Leader. Was told someone would call me within 24 hours and i now need to pay R24 odd rand PER PAGE of billing I required. Accepted... Someone called me whilst I was in a meeting at work and did not bother to call back. Still no itemised billing.

My company now will not accept my claim for the cellphone expenditure bill and I am left to pay all of this over and above the R24 PER PAGE of itemized billing becauise of Vodacom's pathetic incompetence.

Been a customer for about 20 years. Think I will switch to Cell C. Cheaper data bundles to.
