This is even more preposterous

Vodacom is now still billing us R 5800, with all data off from our phones for the month of November, they still haven't returned any word on our inquiry for billing in August and September which were far over R6000, this is unacceptable!!! Vodacom is trying to keep on taking my money that I don't have, for that matter I will not pay that bill!!! At the end of November they tried to deduct R6700 after notifying me that my account has been credited with R 4500.

I urge Vodacom to convert all of the numbers on the account to prepaid or top-up contracts, because I don't have any more money to spare for this preposterous billing!!!

If Vodacom continues with this billing and does not do something about the problem, I will make it public in not only the newspapers but I will consult with Cart Blance as well!!!

I am FED-UP with this bad service!!!
