Lack of response to a serious formal complaint

I sent a very serious complaint to [Email Removed] on the 28th October 2013. I received a reply from Ian the same day saying he had escalated the complaint to the business management team. To this day, 3 months later, I have heard nothing from MWeb. I spend a lot of money with Mweb business and I find this service disgusting.
