Serious lack of service delivery and feedback

Got serious issues with my business internet connection for past 2 months, supplier MWEB business. After holding more than 40 minutes at callcentre, still nothing resolved. But try to phone the number for new business and they answer within 2 minutes!!.. Decided to contact general Manager- again no feedback or sollution for past month. Then decided to contact CEO at MWEB Capetown head office- a week later issue still not resolved. The only thing I want to know now is how to cancel my contract and what penalties will be involved- in order for my attorney to sue MWEB business for loss of income for past months. Even with the cancellation query no one can give me an answer. THIS IS SERIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE. MWEB Business DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THE CUSTOMER!!! AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR BUSINESS YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM!!!
