Still no response from MWeb after 10 day's

MWeb (Cell C 2 GB data contract) cancelled end April, 2013 due to total erratic service. Deon MWeb confirmed that Cell C cannot provide a 3G service on the iPad3. Received confirmation from MWeb on 8 May, 2013 (MWEB 12103375: Termination of service confirmed).
Unfortunately this was not the end of my disastrous experience with this intermediary (MWeb). Received a nasty letter from MWeb on 31 July, (letter dated 16 July, 2013), claiming an amount of R178.01 on my "suspended account" and that ... "should payment not be received, we will hand the account over to ITC BA for collection.
What a nasty little company! They could not provide me with a 3G service for my iPad for two months and now they want some more money - for what?
MWeb, you do not reply to my email, so please contact me on the mobile number below - and please don't reply (like last time), saying that you cannot get hold of me on this number! Stop bull your clients and take responsibility if you are at fault. SHAME ON YOU!
