One year 3G contract not adhered to by Mwe

I was contacted by a marketing company on behalf of mweb to join a one year 3 g contract ..i accepted. First i only received a simcard..no modem. Then i received another simcard sith a modem. But until my complaint..there was no connection... apparently ive received a default simcard and cellc canjit activate it. Ive lodge a request to mweb to pay my money back and to cancel the contract... also not to phone me.. because thats what they do..they want to phone you and tell you everything will be fixed! Ive requested that they just cancel the contract. The problem i have is that mweb take your money..even when the service is not working. They dont start with the billing once the service is up and running..they just start the billing!! Without any quality check?? And then even after my complaint..they took the second payment as well... my request was ignored..even afted ive complaint. Until now ive paid mweb R465 without getting anything in return. Mweb my money!! Mweb..plse just stop doing business with me..!! Youre not worth my time and effort!!
