Requested for line to be transferred back to Telkom on the 8th of July 2013. Abigail sent the relevant documentation trough to me which I then completed and sent back to mweb on the same day. On the 18th of July I followed the matter up with "Nareed" whom confirmed that the documentation was not yet received. He was going to investigate and contact me back after requesting of me to forward the mail as initially sent to "moving@mweb to the following email addresses: billing@mweb.co.z, [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] The fact that my instruction was not received is very strange because I corresponded with Abigail in terms of the purpose of the relevant documentation on the exact sam thread of emails. Despite these follow ups no feedback was received to date and I had to once again call to be informed that the matter would once again be escalated to the department - the exact same process that was followed more than a week ago without success. This is my THIRD "Helo Peter" Complaint on Mweb service without ANY improvement.
