No response from "Internet Specialist"

Good day

This is a complaint about one of MWEB's Internet Specialists (as per his email signature) who helped me sign up for one of their packages. After being on this package for a while I decided to downgrade to something more suited to my needs so I contacted Faiek Mohamed via email. After getting no reply I suddenly got a call from him telling me that the downgrade will only reflect on the 1st of the next month. 2 days later, my account was adjusted accordingly. I then emailed him on 14/03/2013 to query this, but got no reply. Not only did he give me incorrect information, he also failed to explain why. On 04/04/2013 I sent him an email requesting cancellation forms on which I got no reply at all. I followed up on the email, but I have yet to receive a reply. This lack of communication is really disappointing and it makes me feel like I am not a valued customer. Whether Mweb is contacted regarding an upgrade or a cancellation, all queries should be handled with equal importance. I do not want to be contacted regarding this complaint, I would just like to let someone know about the incompetence that I had to put up with.
