I reported my business telephone line as faulty on Thursday 16 Jan 2014 fault number 154CTZ160114. I struggle to get trough to to someone that can explain the problem it takes for ever to get trough to their fault reporting line. Today Wednesday 22 Jan my line has not been fixed, my business is suffering because of this, it is unacceptable that it takes so long. People please think twice before you use the the unreliable services of telkom for your business; it will cost you your livelihood and cause great loss of income. Beware of telkom it is in my opinion the worst telecommunications provider in South Africa. They are unreacable don't have offices where you can go to, how many private companies will let you hold 30 minutes and then still not resolve your problems. I have dealt with all except neotel and even when the service is bad there is still a usable telephone line, but not with telkom. They just feel that their customers must shut up down and rot. TELKOM COME AND EXPERIENCE NO SERVICE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
