What service? Domain issues for 3 months

We have been Mweb clients for many, many years. We recently moved our e-mail service from Mweb to Google Mail on the advice of our IT consultants. Since the move, I am unable to send e-mails to anyone with a Mweb domain including [URL Removed] ; [URL Removed] ; [URL Removed] and probably many others I am not aware of. We raised with Mweb months ago and got no joy (they said is was a google issue). It is hampering my business and was again logged with Mweb this week - still no joy. Is there anyone who can help? Anyone? Anyone at all? Our reference number is 20130124004224 - it has apparently been escalated to the unix team.
