Unfair Business Practice, lost money on this deal

On 19 Jul 2013 I cancelled the contract with Mweb because of the very slow internet line. Mweb contacted me and put sales pressure on me to retain me as a customer. As always they blamed the slow speed on Telkom. We have moved to Afrihost and can assure you that it is not Telkom but Mweb that is slow. After dragging with the cancellation, I had to pay for Aug, Sept and October. Three months of payment for services I didn't use because of Mweb's one sided contract. I do not understand why it's Mweb's business if I want to cancel my deal with them. I do not understand how they think to retain customers if they bill them constantly because they have a contract in place. Why do they try and keep me if I cancel. Mweb, you got me good this time, very well done. For everybody else: look at the amount of similar complaints for Mweb.
