MTN Insurance cannot get through

Hi
i have to claim for my phone and its a matter of urgency however i have been trying since Monday to contact mtn insurance there is no answer i first wait for 30 minutes than get cut off i try every day every few hours and still cant get though i even called customer care and asked them to put me through i still cant get through to them.i think this service is ridiculous they very fast to take my money but cant provide the service they offer. this is urgent as i don't have a phone and i need to claim but how do i get anything done if there is no answer at mtn insurance. i am so disappointed at this service this cannot be tolerated and its not the first time i am having an issue with them can you get a consultant to contact me immediately this is ridiculous...
