RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!

I'm so DISAPPOINTED in the way BUDGET INSURANCE handled my claim, which by the way still not finalized, on 27/06 I submitted a claim for my vehicle sound system, It was assigned to Lisle, at 1st she would call me for regular updates, problem started when I called in this 1 time because I had not heard anything the previous day, I was then told that she was on leave, I got the same story again next day, how ridiculous is it that a company as BIG as Budget cannot assign a claim to a different handler if the responsible consultant is absent from work, all in all there has been no sense of urgency with regards to finalizing my claim, Lisle returned to work on 05/07 and did not have the decency to call me, I had to call in and she asked that I give her up until Monday and my claim would be finalized by then, I called her on Monday and she straight out told me that my claim would not be finalized on that day as she only concentrates on inbound calls on Mondays "HOW IS THIS TREATING THE CLIENT FAIRLY" today at 16:53 I was told that I need to run around "again"and get the company that had quoted me's vat no, really? is Budget out to mess people around? where must I get time to do your job for you?
