Waiting for feedback since 9 Decembe

I have been waiting for feedback regarding my contract application since 9 December 2013. The only response I ever receive from Telkom Mobile is "Your query is attended to. Feedback will follow." It's been over a month!!! This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I even regret porting to Telkom Mobile. May I please receive a CALL from someone with feedback and not a promise for feedback.
