Poor Service!!!

1. I have been with First for Women Insurance for years!!
2. I have never put in a claim until last week!!
3. It has been 6 days and I have had no response from First for Women Insurance as to my cellphone claim
4. I had to keep on phoning in for day's to get a response with regards to my window claim!!!

I was smashed and grabbed, my windows busted and my phone. I have been unable to drive my car and I haven't had any feedback with regards to my phone. If going through the trauma of being held at gunpoint isn't enough. I have to fight to get service from a company that I am paying to provide me with service!!! And I just have to add that the excess payments are ridiculous!!

Yesterday I literally spent HOURS on the phone, I spoke to at least 10 agents, everyone transferring me from one agent to another. None able to give me feedback. After my last call yesterday, I was transferred, I held on to the line for 49 minutes!!! then I hang up!!! This is ridiculous!! This is the worst service I have ever received, and this during a time of need.

I was calm and understanding until my 49 minute shove off. If you don't want my business, I WILL take it elsewhere!!
