I registered a claim with Virgin money insurance on the 15/02/2013. No one has ever called me to inform me what is happening with my claim. I always have to contact them to find out what is happening with the claim. I called and was informed that a Ntokozo in the claims division was dealing with my claim. I sent him an email on the 21/02/2013 for him to come back to me with information on my claim. He didnt even bother to contact me or reply my email. I then called again and was given a managers contact, his name Elric. I contacted him today. he promised to contact me in an hours time. Still i havent heard anything from him. this is serious bad service. i have decided to cancel and move my insurance to other companies that have good service. Im disappointed and disgusted by the service im getting. If this is what they call INSURANCE LIKE IT SHOULD BE... I DISAGREE!!!...I WILL TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE I GOT AND YOU KNOW POWER OF, WORD OF MOUTH. I WILL ENCOURANGE PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE COVERS WITH VIRGIN MONEY INSURANCE. SERVICE IS REALLY BAD AT VIRGIN INSURANCE.!!!
