Very upset 1st time contract custome

I'm a first time contract customer with MTN and not very happy with the service, I took out a contract in July 2013 with MTN and have had endless problems with them, firstly I wanted a top up r200 contract which they put me on a top up r100 then I got a call from MTN a week later saying I was on a my call r100 billing contract and also my name is Stacey-Lee they have it down on the system as stace-lee, I then immediately called MTN and spoke to the assistant that opened my contract she said she will sort it out, then I got a statement saying I owe r931.93 I then called MTN again and spoke to the same assistant who said that is wrong and I must wait to see what gets deducted and on the 31st of August r931.93 was deducted I then went into MTN and was very upset because she checked and I was billed over r500 for data I have never used so I asked if I'm ggoing to get my money back she said no it will be deducted from my MTN account and I will not have to make payments for two months which didn't happen after going in every week on every off day I had I got sick of it as nothing is happening and till today nothing has happened
