Contract upgrade wrong again!!

I've reached my annoyance level with MTN and regret upgrading with them. They never get the contract right! I've been an MTN contract customer for nearly 10 years! And each time I upgrade I have to spend valuable time contacting the call centre as they ALWAYS get the contract bundle wrong! With my previous upgrade I spoke to 3 different call centre agents and each one tried to tell me I'm mistaken when I tried to explain that the data I should have gotten with my contract was not supplied and I was charged exorbitant fees for data usage! Eventually after many calls and e-mails it got sorted out. Keeping in mind that I was told that I had to pay the charges and it would be deducted from my next payment!! This time around on my MTN 200 contract where I was supposed to receive R200 airtime, 200 smses, 200mb data and 30 free minutes ("which MTN so proudly advertised"), all I received were R200 airtime and 25 smses!! The thought of speaking to the call centre and explaining over and over again till eventually someone understands what I'm saying is not appealing at all! Please MTN, get things right! And please sort this out ASAP. Annoyed Customer!!!
