Still waiting for call back

I have been calling the call centre since last week Saturday, they said they already knocked off then i call Monday and all lines were busy she said she will put in a request for them to call me back. I have not received any call from them. i call everyday only to be put on hold for hours.

but when it come to collecting you premiums you are quick to do that.

You call centre service is very poor and i don't understand why i cant cancel my contract at your branches if that where i signed it in the 1st
