CHARGES NOT STATED ON CONTRACTS

I have a Vodacom My Gig 1 contract R 99 that I took at Games stores. Last mth my debit order unpaid, this mth my D/O went of for R298, I was very shocked, it was suppose to be R198, a further R100 was deducted. I called the CC & was told that bec of the unpaid debit order Vodacom deducted R100 for bank charges, I told them that I was not aware, and asked if this is STATED on my contract & was told that yes its stated on my contract. I found my contract & read through it & NO WHERE is it stated anything abt R100 for charges. I called the CC AGAIN & was advise that I should take the contact with my bank statement & go to a VODACOM branch. I went to the bank got a statement & went to Vodacom Woodmead, I showed the docs to the branch manager & he told me that I need to go to Vodaworld Midrand. I then drove to Vodaworld sat waiting for over 1 hour. Went to counter 18 spoke to Martha. I explained to her & she looked at the contract. She asked if I want the R100 credited (I MEAN REALLY I DROVE AROUND AND WAITED FOR WHAT) She referred the contract to her manager, wrote OUT CREDIT NOTE & SED THAT I MUST WAIT 2 WEEK TO SEE IF IT GETS APPROVED.IT BETTER GET APPROVE, HOW MANY PPL ARE GETTING ROBBED BY VODOCOM
