Hi My name is Melanie, I signed 2 years 350MB data contract for R129.00/pm with Mweb shop creasta in 2010, since the contract's done with billing is very frustrated, the department of account mweb is always debit order R209.00/pm from my account, I have to call them all the time. I was in mweb shop Creasta end July 2012, asking assistant when is my 2 years contract expired and like to renew the contract, she checked (forget ask her name) and said is only expired on November 2012, (actually has been already expired coz the system error) I said what should I do she said I have to waiting the old contract expired then I can renew it, she said come to the shop early November 2012. I was the shop again on November 2012, the other assistant checked and said your contract has been expired already on July 2012, I told her I was in the shop on July why the other one didn't tell me that special I was asking for it.then I up and down all the time to the shop and call billing department many times trying to solve the problem. But nothing is solved. They keep take R209.00 from my account. Then the shop manager said to me renew the contract and stop debit order from my bank.but now they stop the service.
