I AM SO UPSET WITH VODACOM FOR MISS INFORMED ME.
I AM BEING BILLED R256 FOR MY R99 TOP UP CONTRACT. NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT IF THE BIS IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE THEN THE CONTRACT WILL BE CHARGED DOUBLE EVERY MONTH. I GET BILLED FOR MY NORMAL R149 CONTRACT PLUS R100 EXTRA FOR BIS ON MY AGREED CONTRACT. THIS IS SO MISS LEADING & CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT MY CONTRACT OUT ASAP. NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST ME. I SPOKE 2 FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE & EVERY ONE IS PASSING THE BUG. THIS 259 IS NOT PART OF THE PACKAGE & I WASN'T MY R100 REFUND. EVEN IF YOU GIVE ME A NEW CONTRACT, THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I PUT MY TRUST IN VODACOM CONSULTANTS THAT MISLEADS THERE CUSTOMERS. CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME. THE CHARGES YOU TAKE FROM ME IS NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT.
