Can't deal!!

So once again I am complaining because it seems this is the only way I can get any assistance.
In May 2013 I asked for my contract to be cancelled, I was told to fax a letter through an so I did. It is August and my contract has still not been cancelled!! I've called almost every week and all I've been told is that someone will contact me.
Also I haven't paid them for June because I was fed up of being over charged, having money end of July (the 31st) to pay for both months they take off an amount that was not even on my statement, I assumed it could have been for June. After checking my bank statement another amount was deducted on the 15th of August which is an amount for 2 months!!
Why am I paying for a month that is only due the end of August and not even been told about it. When I ask a agent they tell me their company can take out money whenever they feel like.
UNPROFFESIONAL that I have to deal. If you have a contract with 8ta please ensure you do not renew it again.
This has been happening for 3 years already!!
