Incorrectly billed for a contract

I run my business from my phone so in April I extended my contract with Cell C to a new one, which was suppose to be R 199 a month. That is what I was suppose to be paying. That is including my BIS etc. In May they cancelled my BIS and no one could explain why, I was without business for almost two weeks. So from May I have had endless of problems when it comes to the billing of my account and the BIS. End of June they deducted R269.43 from my account, July they deducted R 236.00 from my account. When I called the call centre, the lady just told me she does not know and will get some one to phone me back.

I explained to her that the contract I signed said that only R199 will be deducted.

I would like some feedback, Because like I said, I have had endless of problems with them since the new contract was signed, and I can promise you that when this contract comes to an end, I will take my business somewhere else as this is ridiculous.
