Well i am in a contract with Vodacom, a step up contract i get allocation of airtime every 1st day of the month, what happened this month i did not receive my airtime and i called to the call center on Thursday the 2/01/2014 and was told matter is escalated and will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours well waited nothing, and Sat the 04/01/2014 i called again and was told will be escalated again cause its still pending... still no response till today. And yet i called again i spoke to a guy called Richard which was yesterday 06/01/2013, wow he gave such an attitude and told me still pending explained to him what happened just sounded was not in the mood to help me, so disappointed.
