What is the use of Customer Protection Act?

Please provide and e-mail address for me to forward my complaint as i sent this complaint about 5 times with attachments etc to MTN Head Office, ICASA and NCCA.

My opinion is that MTN does not take responsibality for their Franchises - passing the buck to Franchise owner t that does not want to listen to my complaint and come to a mutual understanding/agreement. ICASA informed me that it is not in their jurisdiction and advise me to forward the matter to NCCA.

Still waiting for feedback from NCCA for their response, since November 2013.

Please HELP!!!
